Help Jeep Dana 30 is froze

Help Jeep Dana 30 is froze

I just changed the front dana 30 on my brothers 91 xj and swapped in a vacuum dana 30 drove it about 40 yards and now it won't move the front at all. jacked it up tires wont spin either.

Was there oil in it to start with? I don't think in just 40 yards you could freeze a gearset from no oil. My first though is that something was floating around in the axle and is now stuck
