Default help installing coil spacers

i currently have 2 inch Rancho coils in front of my XJ, went to 4WP and bought 1.75 inch poly spacers...

can some tell me what the easiest/fastest way to install them? i do have coil compressors

You don't need the compressors. I put 4" coils in without them. Jack it up and support with stands, remove everything holding axle up while holding axle up with the jack relieving pressure. Slowly lower jack and allow coil to droop and remove. Install spacer put everything back on in reverse order.

do i need to remove upper control arms or just lower?

swaybar and shocks should be enough so start with that. Watch your brakelines.

Maybe I'm dense but I've never heard of a "panhard bar." What is it?

I believe it is a different word for the track bar.

You should be ok leaving that on though.

When I did mine I dropped shocks and track bar and the lower control arm.
