Did you check out whether you have a LSD (Limited slip differential) or a locker?
With those, BOTH wheels have to turn in the same direction. either forward or reverse. With both wheels off the ground and the transmission in neutral, you SHOULD be able to spin the wheels in one of those directions and the ring gear will turn.
If you are doing everthing everybody has said in previous posts and you still can't get it to turn then I seriously wonder if you have the skills needed to be doing a disc brake conversion.
I AM NOT BEING IGNORANT! Everbody has to learn their skills somehow but a brake conversion is a big leap if you don't have the background knowledge to go with it.
Are there any of the forum members near you that could help?

I known what Im doing....My buddy works at a shop and Ive asked even more mechanics. It was just stuck because it was dirty. But anyways when I got in there today ,looks like someone else messed around in there before me because the screw head was stripped away. So looks like im keep drums for a bit and just put in the steel lines. I guess Ill do conversion when I go back home from college. Thanks for everyones input
