Putting 3" RC lift on a 2000 XJ. Can;t get the darn sway bar mounts on the U bolts. Tried lowering the axles and raising them. Got one bolt end through the hole but not the other. The whole damn thing is spring loaded and can't seem to get the other end of the U bolt through the hole in the sway bar mount. Help please. Thanks in advance.

do yourself a favor, save the time and agravation, and take it and put it in the dumpster... rear sway bars are at best unneccessary

unless that is you enjoy taking corners at 130kms/h then it helps to reduce body roll

good, take it off, you don't need the rear sway bar...

when in doubt throw it out thats what i did and don't miss it

i didnt even notice anything when i took my rear sway bar out, its useless
