Default Help with brush guard

I have a 1991 jeep cherokee Laredo inline 6 and 4.0 liter ad bought a manik brush guard from a friend that had it on his 1996 cherokee sport what should I do?

First, welcome to the forum. And put it on? It will fit. Is it the one that was on cl? And was all bent up?

Yes but it's not a grand cherokee just cherokee but the brackets on the guard don't match up with anything on it

If it came off a cherokee it will fit another cherokee.

Because its bent? Should go rigjt over the factory mounts.
