Hey, take a step back and look at this from our perspective...

Some new guys comes in and asks what tube he should use for his heims. Then, when someone answers (DOM), he not only had no idea what DOM is, but had even more questions on top of that.

Yet this guys is a welding and autocad professional?

How can you not expect us to ignore this?

Did you want someone to google all the necessary info for you?

U may want to do some "research" then come back and see who u callin "a new guy" lol. The only thing i needed to know is how thick the "cold roll" is sorry we dont know it as dom lol. And i will appoligive for kenny not knowing your lango for daily driver. Guess thats enough reason to tell somebody ur scared for their ****... see why i got frustrated. Like i said all he asked for was a size so he can copy mine but instead it turn into this. I did end up finding it myself but thanks anyways i probably should have done that before hand. And if u take a look back at the forum it kinda funny cuz this is a question just like everybody else asks. "What exhaust should i use" "regearing for 33s" "what stereo should i get" "what does thus code mean" u tellin me u all cant google that? But we get the **** talk cuz my boy did not know dd. Lol its what ever guys. I did like helpin out on this forum and puttin my input and try to answer questions but i might be done now. The last 2 posts i did people just talk crap.

Sorry if I offended you two. Just being honest...

Some tips to limit this in the future. when asking a question is give proper info so we know what your asking, what is the heim size? where its going? what is your setup is now? as for what tube? tube diameter based on heim size? or tube thickness? asking what tube for a heim is so general, it seams to most on lookers you don't know what a heim is to begin with. It was scary to me because it seamed he didn't know what he was talking about which leads me to believe he doesn't know what he is building. Steering controls your vehicle in all situations on road and off, a bad steering setup can kill more then you.. could kill me too. Not an attack, just trying to help... I am sorry that my honesty offended you, and like I've said in every post GOOD LUCK!

Also weld in bungs for a heim or any joint for that matter is weaker then a threaded tube with the proper thickness for your setup.

This is a family friendly forum. Your language is unacceptable.

Notice who first posted the answers to the questions that were originally asked.

Then run your mouth some more, big guy.

I've worked with welders that don't know what DOM is either...kinda funny, but if they never have to use it or order it...
