Default Heatshielding the bottom of the intake?

Anyone have any good luck doing this?

Seen some sticky wrap that can be done, but reviews seem to be hit or miss (reviews). Looking for something that's going to last and work effectively.

TIA

Never done it on a Jeep 4.0.

Only Datsun Z with triple Mikuni carbs because this fuel nowadays boils real easily.

Have you thought about having it ceramic coated? It would do a better job and have almost a chrome like finish if you want.
