Leave about a 1 1/2" overlap on all the edges.
If you trim it flush (trust me on this) you can easily catch the edge on installation and pull the material. Not fun.
Try to keep from having any material overlap the backside where the sunvisors mount. The material will only get in the way and make putting the visors back in a royal PITA

Got it all trimmed up and holes cut plus put back in. The blue matches perfect. I left about a 3 inches of overlap pretty much all the way around. No problem on installation there. All I can say is have a helper an b gentle gettin it up there. Adjust placement by lining up the dome light holes and by making sure the front lines up right. Trim went on like a dream, and went out and got the push washers. Thanks for all the advice, I'll add some pictures tomorrow after I get back from putting some lead down range. XD
