Header installed and loss of power...

Header installed and loss of power...
Hey guys, always looking for advice but never became a member till now... and have the worst of problems.... Installed a new header and the jeep has what feels like no power on acceleration, also installed new gas tank pump fuel filter and motor mounts, pressure on rail is 31 psi with vacume line off of regulate, side note is that im using the 4 port injectors from the dodge neons..... any advice guys???

what years your jeep? your fuel pressure seems low to me. i thought it should be around 39. is your fuel filter on backwards?

its a 91, and no, had to double check that the other night when we put everything on the clamp on the filter was broke and leaking so we had to double check it, jeep starts and drives, no hesitation, just doesn't seem to have the get up and go that it did just before we changed everything

Overall a good header that is solidly built, however, it is not a direct bolt on part. You will need to make modifications to your intake manifold runners when installing it since the header pipe flanges are wider than the OEM exhaust manifold. Once it is installed my Jeep ran smoother and actually quieter.
