Default Head help

Does anyone know anyplace I can buy valve seals, springs, retainers, and seats for a 89 4.0 head? I ordered a cam kit from Comp cams and went to assemble the head and these items didn't fit, I then learned that the heads changed from 88 to 89 and that the kit wont work for the 89+ heads, comp cams doesn't make the parts for the 89+ heads, and I can't use stock valve springs with the cam that I have. Any links and part numbers would help, thanks guys.

Ok maybe someone can help me out and tell me if the info that I have is wrong. I ordered a comp cams cam kit (cam, springs, seals, lifters, the whole 9 yards), I tried to assemble the head but the springs were too wide, and the the seals were too big. I called up comp cams and they said that the kit only worked in the 88 and lower years and that the heads changed in the 89+ years. I've tried looking for valve springs and they are all listed as "all years", checked part numbers at autozone and kragen and they all have the same part number for all years. Can anyone help me out? I would run the factory springs but the cam info stated it needs stiffer springs.

Here is the cam I have
