im just wondering- if your not sure of the difference, then why do you want one meant for bigger lift? i mean not to offend with this question, but am just curious!!

EDIT- is there a difference??? track bars wont come in different thicknesses according to lift size, some companies simply offer a beefier one than others. i can tell you i am happy with the one i got from them.

Just had my Rusty's HD kit installed at the local shop J&K customs, and I'm pretty sure the guy there said the six inch would work down to a 3.5" but don't quote me on that, I just remember the conversation because I'm at 5.5" of lift and we were deciding which kit to order.

I think what he's saying is he has the opportunity to get a used kit for a 6" lift

ya its a good deal on a used one. if i were going to get a new one i would just get it for my lift size. and the used trac bar im looking at comes with the bracket. its the hd one. just not sure if it should be longer or shorter for a smaller lift.

is it not adjustable ?????? should all work together if its adjustabl. if not just cut, sleeve, reweld . just gotta make sure ur front axle is strait side to side . also ur drag link and trac bar are as parrallel to eachother as possible and u'll be fine !!

the difference is in the drop length and the rod lenght.
I'd call Rusty's and ask them. They have given me great tech advice/info many times in the past.

ya its adjustable. i was looking on the rusty site and they make one for a 4" and one for a 6" thats why i asked. and they only sell one bracket so i think the only difference is the rod length im hoping.
