If you're thinking of going with a 3 inch lift, then do it (with full leaf packs) AAL's are gonna sag on you in no time.
I recommend staying away from RC. You can get a much better 3" lift from Zone or Iron Rock Offroad.
And for the record, jeeps are a stiff ride regardless (even stock). My girlfriend didn't buy a wrangler cause it made her ***** bounce too much. I enjoyed it, but she didn't! LOL!

I thought what affected the ride most on leaf sprung vehicles was the shocks and the angle of the shackle. Ive never seen anybody do a budget boost and get 45 degrees they are almost always vertical.

The quality of the leafs themselves have a HUGE impact on ride quality. That's why ome leafs are so much better then rc.

Love my OME leafs! I don't have anything else to compare them to, but they are as good, if not better, than stock when it comes to a "soft" ride. Even better with the No Lift SRB's. However, since XJ's are so light in the back, without any weight back there (SRB's or not) it isn't like a crazy difference on "softness". They are meant more for better down travel when wheeling, and they definitely have plenty of that.
