Hard Start after Bored TB Install

Hard Start after Bored TB Install
Hey guys,
I installed a 60mm bored throttle body in my '97 HO last week and reset the ECU like it said. Everything was running fine until yesterday when I started having issues with it starting. It seems to be random in when it will be a hard start, but it seems that the issue seems to be more prominent when I have just shut it off, like after running into the store real quick or whatever. Once its started it runs mint. I also noticed that sometimes my temp sensor looks like its off, sometimes it will read ~110, and sometimes it will read the normal 210.
My thought is that it isn't getting enough fuel on the start, but if the temp sensor isnt working, my experience is that it tries to dump a bunch of fuel in to get it going because it thinks the engine is cold. Any help would be awesome, I want to figure this out before I go and install the Ford injectors that I have.
