If your Jeep has an automatic transmission and the donor jeep has an automatic transmission then the drive shaft will work. But you may need to shorten or lengthen it depending on the amount of lift you have. I know for certain that if you have 2" or less of lift, you will need to cut it down a bit (about 1 ¼”). Of course the above is only true if you use the Yoke type Hack-N-Tap and not the Flange type. If you buy the Rubicion Express SYE version which is the Flange type Hack-N-Tap, you'll need to also buy an adapter to connect the donor shaft to the flange. If you buy from Dirtbound Offroad or Iron Rock Offroad they have the Yoke type (no need for an adaptor).

If none of this info helps just ask us for more info or contact Iron Rock Offroad. They were a big help for me.

The only HnTs I've seen all have yokes supplied.

On earlier tcases the tail cone seals the fluid in, which is why there needs to be a flange added. On the later tcases this isnt necessary as the tail cone isnt the fluid seal.
