H4 wiring harness fuses
Putco 230004HW Premium Automotive Lighting Wiring H4 100W Heavy Duty Harness and Relay : Amazon.com : Automotive
So I got that ^ wiring harness for my H4's and didnt listen to the top negative review and my fuses blew. Well not so much as they blew as water got on them and ruined them. So I was just wondering what everyone was using for there fuses since a replacement fuse is about 12 bucks for one of those. And that half of what I paid for harness!
Any help would be great appreciated,
Thanks,
-Zack

So did anyone replace their fuses or rewire in new fuses?

Those are relays and not fuses. Where did you mount them? Were the sockets aiming up instead of down?

I wounted them behind the stock headlights, Wires up. Like the circle whole was up towards the top of the engine bay.. Ive had it on since april and it was fine until the other night when I tried turning them on and it didnt turn on. So I just plugged my autopals into the stock harness, which I dont want to do. And the grounds and positive wires are good. I checked them both yesterday.

I mounted mine just to the rear of the battery on the three harnesses I installed. Wonder if yours got wet or something.

Did you put any di-electric grease on them? That will keep water out...
You should put the grease on any connection outside of the vehicle, including the engine bay.
