Gto headlight cover Installation

Gto headlight cover Installation
i recently bought some GTO headlight covers for my 92 jeep cherokee and cannot figure out how to put these things on, there is also a bracket that came with it and do not no where to put this. any information on how to put these things on would be greatly appreciated.
