Grinding
I put my lift on at work over a course of two days I lifted the back first one day and drove it home maybe not good idea but i added 40 min more to the already 30 min trip to work usually because I wanted to take it easy and I did except there was a little vibration but it all wasn't too bad the next day I drove it back to work and got the front lifted and today I put the t-case drop under it. So I drove it and when speeding up to 35+ and slowing down there's a grinding noise and I can't seem to locate where its coming from the t-case works and shifts like usual. What could this be?

How much lift?
When I lifted mine had the same problem, it was the slip yoke binding. Lowered the rear a notch on the adjustable lift shackle and it went away.
Hope to do a SYE soon to get rid of the TC drop and lift the rear back up on the shackle...

Yeah, probably. You could crack your TC housing if its the rear DS binding on the slip yoke. Drop the back end a little bit and see if it goes away.

Pull your rear ds and put wheel bearing grease on the splines, then put the yoke back in and work it a bunch. Also a good time to see if your u joints are in good condition. So you have a re 3" lift, and 2" shackles? So 5+ inches?

Chances are you need to shim your pinion angle to be parallel with the TC output shaft. If your driveline angles are off grease won't help.

It is possible, but the noise you are getting is probably due to the now too short rear driveshaft. The yoke isnt engaging all the way on the output shaft and so it causes vibes. You used to be able to buy a longer slip yoke but i cannot find them anymore. If you still have vibes after adjusting your shackles, a hack and tap sye and a front/rear driveshaft conversion is your best choice.

You can shim/ drop it but you would probably be better off doing it right. Get a good full SYE if you can spend the money (like advanced adapters) and a new driveshaft. You want to get rid of your slip-yoke anyways. You don't want it falling out on a trail somewhere lol.
