Make sure you didn't accidentally bend the dust shield into the back of your rotor. Just reach in there and pry it back some to see if the noise goes away.
Gimmy, Ok ill try that that seems possible ill try it... if so, is there any way of changing the casting angle? Would there be grind marks on the body near the t-case and on the axle?
emptypockets, Ill check that too that could be a possiblility.
Thank you all for your help!!

Have a big friend push up and down on the front end with it parked,See if the sound is there or is it only when your moving. If its there with it in park not running then its a suspension bushing or part.If it don't make the sound then its something rotating touching something else.
I think I know why it makes that sounds.... I added lower control arms to the lift and I think that made the axle move too far forward. Maybe rustys screwed up the length or something. Why I am saying this is because I was told the OEM track bar was going to work with that lift. But, since I put new LCA on it moved the axle a little further forward making the OEM track bar not fit. It binded up. So i had to order a new adjustable trackbar. The OEM track bar wasnt parrallel with the axle it was offset by a few degrees to the front of the jeep, making it not able to slide into the mount on the axle (it was very close of fitting but it didnt quite work). So, by saying all of this, what do you guys think? The axle might be too far forward to make the axle and axle components ride freely over bumps making something binde up.
Solution: The leveling pucks that go on top of the shocks to move the axle down, giving it more lift and also moving the axle back to make everything move freely? thoughts?
