Default "Grind" Noise

Hey guys and gals, kinda new here, but I do lurk/search a good bit. I do have a question that maybe somebody can help me with. First of all I have a 1996 Sport, 93,xxx miles on it. I the only mod that I have so far is a 3in Rough Country lift. After the lift was installed, when I'm going down the road, and I let off the accelerator, I hear a "grinding" noise coming from the rear. I call it grinding because that's about the only way I know how to explain it. It seems to quit after a few seconds, and then returns for a few seconds when I start to accelerate again. Any Ideas? I gotta get it up in the air with some help from the wife, but wanted to get some ideas before I started. Thanks in advance!!!!

Look here, and check your engine and trans mounts.

Will Do! It does sound like a vibration of sorts. And I did try to wiggle the tail pipe sometime back. I just didn't go far enough up checking.

Well, I'm not positive, but the lever inside the Jeep will not go down any further.
