You could always get a new shifter like RADesigns rock shifter, and put whatever you want on top of it?

i wouldve faced the hadle towards the front just a preference i suppose. or would it not work this way.

p.s. ive been looking to do something like this but never knew it was possible. im bookmarking this page!

I imagine you will have to reinforce the "handle". Grenade spoons were never designed for repeated use.

I had one of those on mines for about a year before I changed it. I even made a custom lever out of 1/8 plate that was welded to make it work.
