Gears question
Hey all,
Quick question, I'm looking to re-gear this fall and it's going to be a long process. My plans are to pick up a 8.25 with 4.10s already installed and add a limited slip I picked up for cheap. I may end up putting this 4.10 axle on for a while to conserve fuel and save up for a D30 with 4.10. Since my D30 would still be running 3.55s could I pull the front drive shaft and still have a functioning vehicle?

Ok, thought so just wanted to be sure.
I'm sure as heck not going to try it...but what about a 242 with Full Time 4x4? More curious than anything.
