Hey bro, I bought my 4.11's and front Detroit locker from Complete Off-road. I went with Yukon gears and I'm loving them. I put them in about four years ago and there still doing great. You can't go wrong with Yukon. But don't forget, if your going bigger than 3.73 in the front then you'll have to buy a new front carrier.

 

had this discussion with my neighbor last week as he used to own a shop that rebuilt axles and that type of work and now does diffs gears and lockers out of his house.

he told me and iv sort of found this to be true that most gears are similar in quality and there isnt a noticeable difference between them and you arent going to find that one is stronger than the other because even in a top brand gear set you an still end up with a defect in the casting so its almost impossible to tell in comparable brand gears like usa standard or yukon gear

 

Talked to RRP yesterday. They said to grind down the gears enough clear the pin. I'm a lil skeptical bout grinding on a brand new ring gear but they said as long as it didn't interfere with the pinion track and didn't get it too hot that it wouldn't void the warranty. Think I'm gonna try to shave the pin first since I have two. Ill post how it goes.
