Full Width Swap Help
Im looking to put full width axles on my XJ and 37s what axles will hold up to abuse and what gearing do I need? I have a 4.7 stroker being built and I have an AW4 trans.

Unless it's a street only vehicle with 37s I'd say tons. I went the 3/4 route due to cost and have regretted it ever since. Especially when I'm limping back to my trailer on broken shafts. Skip the D60 rear with 30 spline shafts as well, they are exactly the same size as a D44.

Ball joint 60 front & Sterling rear (out of the later model F-250's & 350's)seems viable.
Cheaper then the old school 60's.

Im building the Jeep for rock crawling and mild speed. Id like to keep the budget as cheap as possible but at the same time Im willing to spend up to 5000 to get the Jeep bomb proof lol.
