Check Pirate 4x4, tons of write ups there. I'd show you pics of mine, same front different rear, but mine's some hobbled together BS that you wouldn't want to copy anyway. It works good though.

Did this very swap in my rig, but I used a set of 73 f100 axles.. and had to switch over to 6 lug outers.
Basically you need to build a truss, coil mounts for the front, and for the rear you need to do spring perches and shock mounts.

Thanks, hudfabs stuff really helped out. We now know what to do for the most part. But still a little lost with the steering. How do you adjust the alignment on a solid one that connects to the drag link like Hudfabs.

Pull the drag link off of the tie rod, adjust the toe first, reinstall the drag link, then adjust you steering wheel alignment with the drag link.....bamo, aligned jeep!!
or you can pull the tie rod hiems from the knuckles and adjust them individually.

Ok well we may have found a steering solution. We got a drag link and a tie rod at the pick n pull off of a wagoneer with a Dana 44 front. Assuming they are both full size axles this will probably work. The only thing i think will be a problem is the knuckle under and the tapper it has.

Looks like were going to have to rig it up. I'm thinking if we took the adjuster sleeve cut it in half or got another one from autozone and welded a solid bar in it it will get the length we want out of it.

Do it right. It's your life as well as those around you you're messing with. Lots of sites sell a full kit for less than 200 bucks and you can find a 78-79 Bronco or 70s F150 set up in a junk yard for almost nothing. Find one with the knuckle to knuckle tie rod cause the other one is sketchy on anything with a lift. I built my own with some 1.25 .25 wall DOM and 3/4 heims.
