Front winch bumper bolts

Front winch bumper bolts
I have a front winch bumper that had the long sides to tie into unibody. Question is on pass side I know to use the three factory holes both the other ones dose the bolt go all the way threw the frame or just threw the one side of the frame and bolt up?

do the tie ins go all the way back to the factory tow hook bracket holes? on the bumper i made, the driver side used the factory 3 bumper bolts, the factory 3 steering box bolts, and the 1 factory tow hook hole. the pass side just uses the 3 bumper bolts and the tow hook hole.
