Default Front three link shock question

I am about to install a fallout 3 link kit and I remember someone did a three link without using coils. I remember they said they used fox 2.0 shocks. Just wondering what model or other options I have.

You would need air shocks and custom reinforced mounts on the body and axle. Air shocks also don't handle well on road from what I've heard.

It's a trail rig mainly only limited road use. I don't mind building custom mounts.

The rig I saw wasn't using coil overs but actual shocks

They had to be air shocks

ORI struts. They definitely aren't traditional shocks.

As mentioned above, if they didn't have coils (i.e. coil springs or coilovers), then they were Airshocks.

Airchocks tend to be a budget item (not that they can't work pretty well).

That being said, if you're going to that much work...go with Coilovers or ORIs.
