With hubs like that, that's your vibration in the front end. I'm surprised they didn't break. Damage wise, just check the rotors, pads, possibly axle shaft splines. But being a unitized bearing, there shouldn't be anything. Key word being shouldn't.

Yup. Even though they are sealed, over time they wear out. And believe it or not, the can be re greased lol. Mines came apart once when I was removing it once.about 50k miles ago. Put new grease it and hammered it shut. I dont suggest though trying to open it intentionally. It just opened from the air hammer and how rust into the knuckle it was
