Front axle seal
I got home this morning and looked under my jeep to find and oily liquid around the inside of the front passenger tire. Doesn't appear to be brake fluid. Could it be an axle seal? How hard will this to be replace? Is there a write-up on doing this?

Its easy to get it all apart and not to hard to get the seals out. Getting them in is a pain in the ***. Its a 2 person job, period. Also make sure you have a length or two of stout pipe and a socket to fit in the seal 33mm I think

I've never needed 2 people or any sort of lengthy of pipe. The easiest way to install the new seals is to make a small press out of piece of thread all, a couple of nuts and washers and then 2 pvc pipe reducers/adapters. On the pipe adapter the OD should fit in the seal and the ID should fit over the piece of thread all.
