I looked at TNT, but like the looks of ruff stuffs stiffeners a little more.

I will more then likely go with Claytons rear long arms though, which comes with their own stiffeners..

How do you guys keep moisture from gathering behind the stiffners when the under coating is stripped off wont water gather and cause the unibody rails to rot??

Thin coat of Bloxide weldable primer from Eastwood. I sprayed the uni-frame and the stiffer mating surfaces.

im going to put silicone or some kind of body filler stuff in between each stitch weld to help keep the moisture out.

i have HD offroad main frame stiffners and am working on building my own front frame stiffners and will probably end up buying HD offroad rear frame stiffners.

You won't be able to keep moisture out, and you will only be trapping it in and making it worse. The weldable primer is a much better idea..

edit: i agree the weldable primer is a better idea but i already welded mine on so thats out of the question

Moisture still forms in a sealed area. An airplane is completely sealed, yet it gets a LOT of water inside the cabin because of the temperature differences. It's a more extreme instance, but the same still applies. When you seal it, the moisture forms, and it now has nowhere to drain to. It's designed into the airplane for that moisture to drain, you no longer have anything to accommodate the issue. The only thing you could do is drill some small holes in the bottom so it doesn't pool and make things even worse.
