I have a 90 xj, that I'm looking to swap in my 8.8 out of my ranger that's dead...what would I need to do??

i swaped in a 8.8 in my 1994 xj but it was a disk brake one that had 4.10 gears and a trac lok it was out of a 1999 explorer i used iron rock offroads truss kit and leaf sprind perches it went pretty smooth but i have welders and a plasma cutter
