ford 8.8 and ABS
So, today I got a 8.8 for my jeep. The 8.8 has ABS and so does my jeep.... Now, I don't give a crap about ABS and am curious if I can pull the fuse on ABS and just get a e-brake conversion kit to wire into the 8.8?

I had to swap in another dana 35 (against my better judgement, i was just in a hurry to replace my exploded rear end i did have) with abs. Long story short, i cut the wire to just the rear abs, and it has worked just fine ever since...as far as the e brake conversion, are you running disks on that 8.8 or drums?

Disks, I read something about some people adding another pump for the brake fluid because disks require more pressure.

i've always heard people putting in some sort of extra pump or something like that to pressurize the extra disks, but i have no experience with disk conversions, i always used drums haha
