I managed to rip the wire out of my radio shack magnet cb antenna mount. Any ideas on how to fix this? It seems to work if I push the wire in and move it around, but when bumped around slightly I loose reception again. I was considering putting some solder on it and pushing the wire back into the hole on the mount. Thanks for any help.

Solder will work. Just be sure the inner part of the wire is insulated from any metal or the outer part of the cable which is the ground shielding.
