Default fender flares for 2001 sport td

hello
would these fender flares (different to my model, my jeep is metallic blue and so are the flares) fit onto my 2001 model?
these appear to be from an older version of the cherokee sport...the problem is that apart from cutting them in case they donīt fit, i donīt know if they are wider than my modelīs...and they are second hand and the seller has no idea.
here in spain they wonīt be approved by the authorities if they are wider.
regards

If you, as the owner of the vehicle don't know if they are wider, how will the authorities know? They are likely looking for aftermarket modifications. I get the feeling if they look like they came on the vehicle from the factory, you're likely ok.

Thanks for your message el martillo. Itv in spain know the models better than i do. I bought the jeep 5 weeks ago. I haven't sern the flares in the pic i uploaded.
They check the width of the car wheels, tyres, etc...i just want to be within the legal boundaries.
