Fender Flares
So i have a 3.5 lift on my jeep, i also have off set steelies at 5 inches, and cut back my wheel wells by 3 inches, but my tire still rubs, so now i will cut more off. So here is my question, i know i can buy fender flares that have you cut to make the flare fit, i want one i can adjust to my cutting of the jeep. Anyone know of a company that makes adjustable flares?

I have put some pretty extensive research into Cherokee fender flares and I can't say that I have ever seen any that were user configurable.
Have you thought of making your own metal flares?

What size tires are you running? I'm running 33x12:50x15"'s with a 3" lift and I don't think much more than 3" trimmed off fender. I think you have a problem somewhere are you sure it really has 3 1/2"'s of lift, what kind is it?
Here is mine with a 3" lift and 33" tires you be the judge.

I think the picture is just deceiving. Mine looked like that too when I tried to take a picture of the front end, and I just got an alignment a week ago.
Yes, you can bump stop, which will limit your up-travel, arguably unnecessarily. If you've still got shock compression and your springs aren't at their compression limit, you can simply trim more. For flares, there are many homemade options, one of which is the "lawn edge trim" flares, which I've seen plenty of, only a couple of which I thought looked okay. And to second, you can do the TJ flares as said before, which some guys like the look of. Otherwise, you'll have to bumpstop and call it good, then either make some flares, or find some that match. If you know how much you've cut off, and compare that to different flare brand's cutting requirements, you might be able go get aftermarket flares that still work.

So after trimming more and then taking back to full articulation i now rub on the fire wall and inner double weld and on driver side on the washer fluid bottle. Here is a pic of it today off roading with 1 more inch taken off the front.

You can relocate the washer fluid bottle. You can also cut and fold that inner pinch weld in the wheel well. Just cut some horizontal lines in it (avoiding the spot welds) and hammer it flat.

You need to extend your bumpstops !
I'm running 3.5" with 35's trimmed and now with flares. I don't rub thanks to bumpstops. And my there's pics of mine flexing with 33's on the forum

Bumpstops are a must. They will limit your uptravel (not chewing up fenders and tires = good). They also help by working as a pivot and will allow the opposing side to possibly droop further (may be limited by arms, brake lines, limit straps, etc).
