Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I just bedlined and painted my fender flares on my 95. They look great except for a friend being an idiot and touching wet paint and clumping it... Ill sand it out and redo it eventually. It is about to rain for like 3 days here and Im not sure if its ok to let the flares get to wet yet because they were just painted.. What you guys think?

I need to repaint two of them cause my friend touched the paint before it was dry and made it clump up. should i sand down the entire fender flare and prime/bedline again or do something else
