Fender Flare Options for a cut fender?

Usually you can just run into a junkyard and find it in most import vehicles. Each door frame gives plenty to do one wheel well. And most of the time they will give it to ya for free. or at most $10 for all

Hell you shouldnt have to trim at all. And even if ya jump to 33" tires you dont HAVE to regear. Im running 33" on a 3.55 gear and can still smoke the **** out of the tires. The problem with a lot of the folks on these forums is they tell ya what you must or must not do, and half of them dont know what they are talking about. But if you do go 33" some minor trimming will be needed or longer bump stops. On mine im running 6.5" with 33" tires and no bumpstops. My fenders are trimmed but only minor. And yes my tires do get into my fenders, but with that trim there, there is no damage done to the tires or fenders.

My main issue for the moment is keeping the flinging of matter that my front tires are rooster tailing all over the place, off my windshield. Do I need flares? Nah but I think the right ones would look good and be functional. I am going to do the trim stuff for now as it gives a finished look and I like that look.
I can't weld nor do I have the ability. Loud exhaust, I too have been pulled over for it... it happens. Cracked windshield... yup. All the bickering... I don't mind and I am pretty laid back so that's all good too. Eventually I want functional flares that make my XJ look pissed off and makes people want to get out of the way... maybe the right front bumper will do that
Thanks everyone who has helped... feel free to post more ideas as nothing is set in stone until I take a finished pic of my fenders.

31's with 4.5 should work great and no rub... if it does it wont be much and if you went to 33's it would rub for sure but if you dont want to trim bump-stopping is great. Many people will say its pointless to lift and then bumpstop but it only limits your up-travel. This is what I plan to do when i get larger tires on my 4.5 lift that arrives tomorrow. Bumpstopping will also help avoid compressing you shocks all the way which will make them fail.
This is my fender on my XJ... the PO had already trimmed it... I want fender flares, the Bushwhacker flat style ones. My issue is, with these fenders being cut, is it an option?? Looking for an expert here who is familiar with this issue and possibly can judge how much was taken off my fender by the PO. However any suggestion is helpful. Thanks everyone.

This video may help, it an install for bushwacker flares:

You may be able to get away with some dirtbound flares and they are pretty beefy but idk if you are into their look and/or price range. You could always ****** a pair of fenders from the pull a part pretty easy and I've seen a fair amount of white cherokees as well here in GA or paint the whatever color you chose then you'd have the option to go with any flairs you like.
