Extended shackles after relocation?
Got around to putting in the ironman 4x4 shackle brackets today. I gotta say they definately made the angle better and the adjustment is unmatched. As you can see in the pictures I used the stock shackles and am wondering if they in fact might be causing my issue. The angle is fixed but they are really near touching the brackets. I was wondering if extended shackles would give me the clearance I need without adding lift? Any I out would help, thank you.

I'd just move the shackle 1 more hole rearward and call it good. Lift will be minimal. Lift shackle will add lift.... The amount might be able to be reduced, due the boxes mounting holes.

My RC shackle relocators actually hit my stock shackles, and next position causes them to be almost straight up and down. I have ordered a set of 1" lift boomerangs.

If you are sure that you dont need those back three holes I would just cut or trim that part of the hanger off to allow room for your shackle to move back.
More shackle angle is better anyways.

Got myself a ton closer by moving back one hole, really hate to cut the brackets, you never know when those extra holes might be needed… Now for shocks that are actually decent and the right length…

I'm in the same situation, with my HD Engineering no-lift brackets and RC extended shackles. But the HD's are so damn HD! They are not going to be fun to cut so I might reduce the "ideal" 45* angle and do what you did. The RE 3.5" rear leafs are long as heck (causing my probs I think). I slam the shackles into the brackets when I hit a big pothole.
