I know everyone is against RC, but some of their stuff is ok, including their brake lines. I remember reading somewhere that all pre made lines really only come from a few factories. So those RC, Crown, Rustys, whatever, are really all the same just rebranded. Don't know how true it actually is. To get quality lines I believe you're only option is custom made from a place that can cut lengths.
With that said I've run RC fronts and rear on 2 XJ's and my brother has them on his. No issues with them, and the warranty is good, I've never had a prob with them.
As long as their DOT approved I think the only difference is going to be warranty.

Stock YJ lines.
Rock Auto has them for pretty cheap, just search for a '95 Wrangler. I'm running them with RE 4.5 springs and haven't had a single issue.
I actually prefer the stock style rubber over the aftermarket "braided" lines. Most of the ones I've handled have been complete crap.

Straighten factory hard line in the front and use YJ lines. Probably cost you 20$ for the pair at your local parts store.
For what it's worth I have an RC SS rear braided line in my XJ for about 7 years. Got it for a good price, as they were a vendor on NAXJA.
A rear dakota line is good for up to about 6 inch lift.

For up to about 4.5" of lift you can use stock YJ lines as a direct swap.
For up to about 6" of lift you can use the YJ lines in the front and straighten the hard line, and a Dakota line in the rear.
