I'm gonna go to jy tmr and pull some s10 leads and make a bastard pack. I have 2 inch shackles on stock leafs right now but they're very inverted and probably dangerous already. I'm in California so it rusted bolts arnt an issue. How much height can I expect from this in the rear?

 

S10 pack tkypically gives you 3.5" of lift. Then add shackles

 

I have stock shocks but could buy some longer ones if needed how ridiculousdo you think it would look with about 5 inches in the back and 3 in the front? I'm on 31s

 

I was happy with my XJ/S10 pack. The thing is making a bastard pack is trial and error. You're using used parts so what you end up with can vary. You also can change which leaves you use as well to adjust for height and desired spring rate. Make it work for your situation.

 

You will need longer shocks. that lift from springs is due to more arch in the springs, so longer shocks will be needed. And you can get 5" easily with extended shackles
