If you have stock springs still I'd personally just save for new leaf packs cause the factory blow something fierce when they wear out. If you have to pick one or the other I'd do either an AAL or a bastard pack. There's write ups out there on bastard pack 3 inch lifts for cherokees.

Flex and ride is better with shackles, plus if you ever want to go bigger you'll already need to replace the springs.
