Probably nothing. It opens wide up at full throttle, and removes exhaust restriction and makes the car sound like a racing car. The open flow will give you 3-5 HP + the fun.

Get a $20 thrush glasspack. Sounds great and definitely adds some torque. Doesnt even drone on the highway!

I have the Rusty's exhaust with Flowmaster Delta 40. It has a nice rumble and tone and I get compliments quite often. It does not drone on the highway at all.
