To start off I first checked all the wires from the battery all the way down to my
starter, and they are all fine. Then I pulled my starter off and had it tested, and that passed perfectly.
So that's where i'm at and I can't think of what to check next.
Oh and it never has had this problem I started up and drove fine and randomly one morning it did not do anything. I turn the key and nothing. It is like the the starter is getting no power.
Please help.

Try the clutch switch. Make sure the Jeep knows the clutch is pushed in.
Or
Starter relay
battery
ign switch
Put the brake on, put it in NEUTRAL, climb under it and jump the starter solenoid long enough to see if it'll start. If it starts its not the battery.
The engine wont spin.

The battery is brand new so I know it's not the battery and plus i'm getting power to everything else. The engine is receiving spark and fuel. The starter relay is fine. I'm thinking it's the ignition switch.

How did you check for fuel and spark? Sorry if this sounds condescending just need to know if it was done properly.
