E-brake needed on a Ford 8.8 swap?
Never use my E-brake now and just curious if I really need it? Only reason I can think I would need a functioning E-brake would be for inspection purposes but not 100% sure about that. Thoughts?

Parking on a hill i use mine that's about it for me,And when i use it on a hill a pull the e brake and shift the trans in to neutral let it roll tell the e brake is holding it and shift it back in to park.I was told to do that so your e brake is holding the whole weight of the car/truck vs letting your trans hold it in park.

I have an 8.8 and Im not running one at the moment. Haven't really wanted to spend the money on the cables. However, I would have liked to have one only for peace of mind after the swap because of the new brakes.
