Some trends that I have noticed-

Stock- 135rwhp and 160-165rwtq
All the bolt on's- +15rwhp and +15rwtq to 150rwhp and 175rwtq
Stroker(+15%)+cam(+7-8%)+head work(+7-8%)- 195rwhp and 245rwtq
Dynojet reads 10% HIGHER than Mustang Dyno.

Drivetrain loss-
AW4 4WD -29%
AW4 2WD -26%
5SP 4WD -24%
5SP 2WD -21%

awesome thread. I considered putting my jeep on the rollers, but it'd be hard to get a clean 3rd gear pull and honestly i'm leary of it going how many hundred mph 3rd tops out at. it has a funny wobble somewhere in the drivetrain noticeable only when going from a dead stop. i'm sure it'd chuck a ujoint or driveshaft on the dyno knowing my luck.

I always thought the AW4 was really ineffecient, especially compared to a manual. Interesting to see how most mild turbo setups make about the same as strokers

My son rode in Gradon's stroker 5sp 2wd and our M62 auto 2wd feels faster.

I would guess the blower motor makes better low end tq. not saying yours isn't, but torquey motors always feel fast(er).

Damn, I didnt really know the rwhp levels were so low, even on 6psi!!

Great thread though!! Looks like opening up the air path for the motor is a pretty worthwhile improvement.

Stock 190 crank HP / 230 crank TQ doesn't start with much out of the 4.0L
losing 25% due to the drivetrain on way to rear wheel power
