Driveshaft Questions
Hey guys, I'm running into issues with my front driveshaft. Here's the info on the jeep;
99 4 door
6" RC lift
SYE installed
lockers front and rear
I really don't know if the shafts are aftermarket. I don't believe so. I bought the Jeep from a guy that built it to be a fun wheeling rig but it's super clean but never really driven on the road.
Had some issues with leaking transfer case and that's all been fixed but I'm still fighting some vibrations around 45-60 mph and the shop said the front end looks good but they believe the front shaft to be warped. I'm having them pull it tomorrow and drive it without to see if that clears up some vibration; if so I will look for another front shaft. Does anyone have articles or links to how to choose new driveshafts? I know Tom Woods is one of the leaders in after market shafts but I'm not sure I'm where I can drop that kind of coin at the moment.
Thanks for any help or tips.

I went with Adams Driveshafts. Great people to deal with and very reasonably priced for what you get. I only have about 8000 miles on them so far but not one issue or vibe yet.
Has your rear end been shimmed?

Like 5-Speed I run Adams Driveshafts. Here's the link,

Great customer support. When I switched to a HP front axle they resized the front driveshaft, NP.
