I played on some rocks the other day and my stock tierod bent out of shape a lot, and my friends tigers and draglink bent, alot! So i have the opportunity to snag up a new IRO HD tierod for only 50 from my friend. My question is,,will just upgrading my tigers alone help protect my dragging from bending? I know rustys offers custom drinks but if i can get away with just an HD tierod that would be awesome

wow..stupid android correct spell..maybe i should proof read before clicking send. But anyways. I will be getting the IronRockOffroad tie rod which in sure is way better than any zj tierod. Im just wondering about my stock xj draglink. Supposingly xj and zj draglinks are the same. But/so would a beefier tierod help protect my stock draglink from bending on the rocks?

Ohhhh.
Yes. Don't worry about changing the drag link unless you go for a full steering conversion. The drag link is solid, like the ZJ tie rod. On the stock setup the drag link is only really 'exposed" for a few inches by the P/S knuckle.
