Default Door trim

I took the door trim off my 98 xj and it left the glue on it. What's the best way to get this off

3m or knock off drill eraser wheel. I peeled one side off by heating it up then pushing with my thumb but still needed wiping down with mineral spirits for along time to get clean... Did the otherside with the eraser wheel and a once over with mineral spirits and it looked great and took 1/4 the time...

Any eraser wheel will work I used a random one a buddy gave me. all it is basicly is a round eraser on a drill..
