Uhh I don't know how to explain. Like mine broke off the connector to inside the door, so it just loosely goes in the door and is just free, still bolted to the beam though. I'll try and get a pic tomorrow.

Alright, sorry for the delay, had some double shifts at work. Been awhile since I looked

, it's not bolts or a weld; its the sheet metal.

I honk I have seen that issue a few times before. It's not common but it does happen. Only way to fix it is to remove and weld a new piece of metal in. Or maybe giant washers lol

I think that's why "weld" was on the mind because thats all I could come up with to fix it..but yeah never got to it, probably wont bother, the 91 will be for sale soon. A lot of work and I don't know how to weld. But yeah pretty weird, not sure how it ends up like that. If I can get the metal off and the bolts are good I may try washers, could work actually.
