Does This have everything I need?
Does this kit include everything I will need? Will it drive/handle OK with this kit?

Definitely get an SYE, especially for 6.5". I had their 4.5" lift with the t-case drop and still had bad vibrations from the driveshaft. Also look into extended brake lines. The relocating brackets may work for the street, but if you take it offroad, you may have problems. Better safe than sorry.
Last, you may want to check out some JKS quicker disconnects for the sway bar. They are the easiest, most user friendly disconnects I have seen.

i would suggest you search around on here alot before you buy a lift. you will learn alot and it will save you time and money in the long run. rough country is pretty much at the bottom of the quality level. at 6.5 inches of lift your going to want long arms or control arm drop brackets. rough country leafs are shorter than stock so your shackle angle is going to suck so you want some shackle relocators. id recomend a sye at that height also. theres alot involved in lifting your rig that high
That seems pretty cheap for a 6.5" lift... and it actually includes a Drop pitman arm & the quick disconnects...
You're gonna want to get:
SYE
New Driveshaft (or JY front DS)
I'm at 6" and didn't use the Transfer Drop kit orignially, my vibs weren't too bad (every jeep is different). I went with The Jeep Hut (on here in vender section) for their SYE, they were cheaper.
Good Luck. What size tires are you plannin on runnin (bump stops)..

but speed bumps will be a nightmare
OP my recommendation is get the smallest lift possible. it's easier to set up, cheaper, you need less parts, and you can always add to it later. I wheeled a somewhat low-cog rig for the first time the other day. it is retarded how much more stable it is and how much control it has with long arms 3" lift and 35" tires. I didn't even realize how unhappy I was at 5.5" short arms until then
