3" and 33's is my plan also. Any recommended kits for Low Cog setups from you guys? I'd say a Zone 3" but I wonder what you guys would think on it.

I'd say piece something together with rubicon express parts. Serious Offroad has dirt cheap prices on coils and leafs from rubicon

Well I've thought about that but my only issue is that I've never done a lift and I'm not sure if I buy parts individually if they'll come with instructions. Kinda a dumb reason but I don't want to screw stuff up or not be able to install.

you basically need coils, leafs, shackles, brake lines, shocks, arms, and a track bar

or spacers, shackles, shocks, pull your brake lines out a bit

there are different levels of lift. all depends on how much you wanna spend and how hard you're gonna wheel

You could always start with a complete kit, such as rough country. Then over time slowly switch out parts for better quality or bigger lift. At least that's what I did when I lifted mine for the very first time. It got me up in the air for really cheap and was a great learning experience.

Just look at a complete kit, and buy the pieces from the kit separately. My last lift was:

RE 4.5" coils
RE Superflex Lower ADJ aRMS
Rustys 4.5" leafs (bought them locally directly from rustys warehouse)
Rustys shocks
Brake lines from a dodge dakota.

Was a great setup...install is easy..
Actually its simple..not easy.. from a job standpoint its a PITA.

All in all I had like 650 in the setup and it was a great setup I think.

My new rig is in the works right now.. 3 link is home-made with ruff stuff heims and johnny joints from currie, rubicon express coils and leafs, rustys shocks and a small drop shackle. Again with dakota rear brake line and chevy front lines. Ill have around 1100 in this setup.

I'm just saying that if you don't have any experience in lifting a Jeep (or anything for that matter) then it might be benificial to just get a complete kit to start out with... Normally they come with instructions and all the basic pieces that you'd need. A lot of people run them for a long time, just depends on goals of the vehicle.
